Oh yeah! I'm excited about Lemire writing the JSA!  I'm glad he's not doing the art since, as much as I love his art, it wouldn't fit for my JSA.  Diego Orlotegui however doesn't get me too excited either.  Fingers crossed it doesn't look like the Jay Garrick book.
