Criminal: The Knives - Excellent return to the Criminal world of Ed Brubaker and Sean Phillis. Loved seeing the return of some of my favorite characters from past series.  Crime noir at its best.

Justice League of America 185 - Loved seeing Perez art are some of my favorite heroes like Firestorm and Doctor Fate. Plus Darseid!  Fun book and part of my favorite era of Justice League. The annual reunion with the JSA.

Legion of Super-Heroes #4 - So this is the issue of the death? Had no idea it was this close to time when I read the Legion regularly.  I just couldn't read these because they released to comic shops only!

ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN: INCURSION #1 (OF 5) - Pretty good. Much better than I expected. You guys are right about the art. Not the greatest but not bad enough to cause me to bail out.

ULTIMATE WOLVERINE #6 - Oof! Art was abysmal in this issue. But the story wrapped this arc up.  Looking forward to where it goes next if I can get past this art.

Meridian #3 & 4 - story progression moves well but it can be a little hard to get through.  Hanging on to see where it goes but I hope it gets better.

BATMAN: DARK PATTERNS #9 (OF 12) - Good ending to a creepy arc. And also very sad.

Absolute Batman #11 - Pretty brutal book. Can't wait to see how this plays out next issue!

JLA - Man, Perez was THE shit!! Although, funny enough, I can't stand the way he draws Darkseid.   But yes, it is always a joy seeing what a master, even at this point, could do with a pencil. Story was... fine. 

Legion - I just enjoy this series so much more than Tales. I know it is purely mental, but I can't stop feeling that way. Looking forward to issue #5 (I will see how Tales #318 hits to see if I continue with that)

Hellblazer - A solid "ode to a friend" issue. I swear, Garth Ennis lost a good friend at some point. He writes him into this series so damn well.

Supes K Spectrum - I enjoyed this. I had mentioned that this has an All-Star Superman feel to it and I think that is accurate... to a point. It isn't as grand visually (though it is no slouch either) and Maxwell Prince isn't going for the same thing story-wise, but yeah, it has the same feeling

Batman Patterns - Like Jeff mentioned, a sad issue, but a nice (unexpected) end to the story. One more three-part arc to go. Can't wait. 

Ult Wolverine - Funny how we all see things differently, yeah? For example, I can't stand the regular art on this book so I find Lin's work here so much better and more appealing, while Jeff is hating the look right now.    I know I will miss Lin's departure, it is making... no... it is ALLOWING me to enjoy this book more. But hey, I am not the biggest Wolverine fan, so I am also somewhat comforted that Jeff will soon enjoy the return of the regular artist that will let him enjoy his favorite character so much more. 

Ult Spidey Incursion - I didn't like this book at all. I know it says Deniz Camp is one of the writers, but damn if it doesn't read like Camp was not the driving force on dialog or pacing because this was not very good. I am thinking that the other credited writer, Cody Zigler, did most of the heavy lifting here. I hope. I also hope this gets better. It is going to be important to this Hickman plan, but I look forward to having a better reading experience with it, I hope.

World to Come - THis also didn't hit for me. I enjoy both main creators, a good bit, but while I am thankful that Joey Q tuned his art style down just a tad, to better fit this story, I did miss his stylings. The story itself was... mediocre? While the last page reveal does its job to stir story controversy, I find I truly couldn't give a crap. But I am not the biggest Panther fan, so it is already a hard sell for me anyway.

GR Galactus - Ha, okay, a great way to start the reading for the week. This doesn't matter.. at all... so it was kind of cool reading something, knowing ahead of time, that I wouldn't need to be pulled into any large story. Yeah, had an okay time.
