1776 #3 (OF 5) - Ok issue.  I'm not sure how our heroes are any better than Morgan Le Fay if they're going to be changing people's history. But that may be the point.

IRON MAN #1 - Hmmmm. I like it.  Tony's a little too "Robert Downey Jr" for me but it got better by the end.  I'm in.

Negation #3 - The plot thickens in such a good way.  Great issue as new characters are introduced. Fun series.

Sojourn #8 & 9 - Ha! I guessed the dragons secret and was happy I was right.  This story just got a lot more exciting!

2000 AD Prog 2469: Death of a Judge?
    Judge Dredd - good ending to the story arc. This was one of the better ones.
    Herne & Shuck - continues to progress and stay interesting.
    Judge Dee - an ok story moving along decently.
    The Discarded - Vera's starting to see the light.  I like this one. It's a litt slow but good.

My son graduated from college over the weekend and I missed FCBD for the first time in 20 years. I am sure my LCS has leftovers.

Booster Gold (2007) #1, 6, 9... eBay purchase to fill a few holes.

Redcoat #17 - The story progresses with some interesting twists! Good issue.

Battle Beast #7 - Excellent kick off to the next arc. Love the "changes" to our supporting cast. And the villain temp will be bloody.

Battle Beast #8 - Oh the carnage! I was right about it being bloody. It did not disappoint. And some parts were downright gross!  The carnage continues next issue.

Hyde Street #10 - the origin of the Sisters Hood! Excellent story and the kickoff af the Butcher of Hyde Street.

Hyde Street #11  - The Butcher of Hyde Street part 1 - Awesome!  The plot begins and everyone is going to get tied into it!

FURY OF FIRESTORM #1 (OF 6) - I liked it! Very interesting mystery and good chance at a good Lemire book.

BATWOMAN #2 - dangit! The story is pulling me in despite my dislike of the art.  I'm coming back for issue 3.

DEATHSTROKE THE TERMINATOR #2 - I'm a little confused by what's going on but I'm liking it anyway.  Good cliff hanger setting things up for what should be a crazy battle.

I bought Storm #4 because of the alleged debut of a new character, but this is better than I expected. I am going to track down the first three issues.
I picked up the DC Currents for July. They're making a sequel to Dark Knights of Steel!!!

Iron Man - More "Meh" than anything, which was a little disappointing coming from Williamson, but giving it one more issue to grab me.

Infernal Hulk - Really enjoying this title. Sure, it has some "been there, done that" feel to it, but also has an intriguing story that keeps me invested

Firestorm - Really enjoyed this first issue. Loved the different art styles, and leaves me curious as to why they did that... I mean I suspect I know why, but excited to see how this unfolds. Also nice to read a "good" Jeff Lemire DC title again. He excels on creator owned stuff, which I love, but his DC work, lately, has been pretty weak. Hoping this doesn't follow suit and remains a good one!

Deathstroke - Man, I also enjoy me some Fleecs writing, but this... not so much. It doesn't help that I couldn't care less about this character (was actually mad when I heard the Fleecs was doing Terminator instead of any of the other options when this new "All In" title line-up was announced). I like the artist, I like the writer, but with this book... neither is gelling. Giving it one more issue

Bizzaro - So this was suppose to be a story HBO was going to work in to its DC anthology series... which never happened... so instead we get the reworked story in a four issue mini. The "origin" of Bizarro. We haven't touched on that origin yet, but a very interesting start with some great Nick Pitarra art (Red Wing and Manhattan Projects). Looking forward to the next issue

Battle Beast - Like Jeff said, a carnage filled issue to say the least. Ha!! Loving the over the top, blood soaked, imagery by Ryan Ottley and glad he (and Battle Beast) has returned to the Invincible universe!

Negation - It took all of one second for me to recognize why this series was responsible for me coming back to comics. Just such a cool story and to slightly alter the catch phrase of Billy Crystal's Fernado... it looks Marvelous!

    Judge Dredd - NOOOOoooo, not Ronald!!!! He was the best part of the story arc by far. Fare thee well, my friend
    Herne & Shuck - Ha, great puzzle work there, Herne. Ha, another fun issue
    Judge Dee - I do enjoy me some demon stories, and this one has a nice twist to it. I am digging the relative humor as well
    The Discarded - I just can't figure out why this isn't hitting for me. I like the art, I like the idea of the story... but...
    Thrillers - Like Jeff, no interest in this, and I love me some vampire stuff. Just not this

Jubilee: Deadly Reunion #1...Picked it up on a whim and realized it was a waste of money and energy. Completely sucks and will probably never be referenced again.

Batman #9... Intense and really moves the story along. Alot of extra preview pages for other series that I will likely not read.

Legion of Super-Heroes #33 - I'm liking this prison story. It's a great mystery and good use of the characters.  While it's fun having multiple arcs, I wasn't  caring for the underwater story but it could get better with what happened to Wildfires team at the end of this issue.

THE NICE HOUSE BY THE SEA #9 (OF 12) - Things are getting much more interesting.  Hard to say anything without spoiling.  This issue brings us to a head which looks to  lead to big reveals next issue.

Sacrifices #21 - Hmmm. Great series and tragic in many ways.  Not sure what I think of the ending.  And by ending I mean the final few pages.  The rest of the issue - amazing and churns the emotions. I'll have to think on those last pages.
