PLANET SHE-HULK #6 - What the heck just happened? That was a heck of a time jump and a lot of amnesia. If this is headed in the direction I think I might be out.

PUNISHER #3 - I can see why Perry is dropping this. I may yet as well, but I will stick around for at least one more issue.

ULTIMATES #23 - this was incredibly boring.

WOLVERINE: WEAPONS OF ARMAGEDDON #3 (of 4) - an ok issue. Glad it wraps next issue and not dragging out this stories end.

ABSOLUTE SUPERMAN #20 - that was a fun battle book! I'm liking Absolute Hawkman, King Shazam, and Steel. Great cliffhanger too.

ABSOLUTE WONDER WOMAN #21 - Pretty good part one for this new arc. Lots of setup.

ABSOLUTE BATMAN #22 - Man, this is back to being the BEST Absolute book.  Harley's origin is heartbreaking.

ABSOLUTE CATWOMAN #2 - not a big fan of this art but I'm pulled into the mystery now.  Let's see where this goes.

DETECTIVE COMICS #1110 - I hope this book remains a Batman/Green Arrow/Black Canary team up book because this is really awesome. Another good chapter in this story and I really am fascinated by this mystery.

WONDER WOMAN #34 - Excellent final battle if that's truly it.  Cliffhanger makes me wonder.

BATMAN GREEN ARROW THE QUESTION ARCADIA #4 (OF 4) - This was just ok. Could have been much better I think but I can't say it was bad.

FURY OF FIRESTORM #4 (OF 8 ) - I absolutely hate what they are doing to Martin Stein here. Totally wrong for the character.  If I put that aside, however, what we do have is a great Firestorm tale by Jeff Lemire.  This was good progression for that story and I like that it's making Firestorm relevant again.

Legion of Super-Heroes #44 - Ugh. Origin of Quislet is as lame as it sounds. Moving on.....

THE PERIL OF THE BRUTAL DARK AN EZRA CAIN MYSTERY #5 (OF 6) - You can always fight the Nazi's. Fun issue with a big ending heading our way.

Punisher - I am just not a fan of Percy's writing. I'm out

Ultimates - I enjoyed this, a lot. Loved the art and loved the tapestry style tale of this... Ragnarok

Abso Bat - Good issue. Pretty decent art, but still, I miss Dragotta 

Abso Cat - Much better issue than that first one, and I like the Georges Remi style art (Or Herge as he is often known by) in this and noticed it more in this issue. The art is not like the look of Herge's Tintin, but it has that French/European influence to its style, it is different than the Italian art look, but... yeah, liked this

Firestorm - Like I said, I am still getting used to this Stein character switch, but this is probably the best Lemire DC book I have read in awhile. No, I take that back, not probably... this IS the best Lemire DC book I have read in awhile

Gotham Central - Only thing that bothers me is I was only able to read one issue of this title this week. This just continues to be amazing.

Corpse Knight - I have no idea how to describe this other than the title says it all, but there is a little pull the heart stuff inside these pages. No idea where we go next issue now, after that issue #4

Negation - Only thing I struggle with for this title, and the couple more titles that I believe this character has crossed over into, is how to pronounce his name... QZTR. He is such a bad ass, but the way I always see his name (as "Quizter") bothers me. I have tried "Kazter", making the Q sound more like a K as in Qatar, but I keep coming back to reading his name as Quiz'ter and... well... the name just doesn't fit his bad assness!!!

Sojourn #13 - Excellent transition issue for the next arc.  I think the colorist for this issue is the true artist here.  Amazing how it pops off the page.

Ruse #9 & 10 - two more great issues as we learn more secrets of Simon's former partner turned villain. And the big reveal is coming next issue!

Negation #7 & 8 - Oh wow! The refugees face the Lawbringer and it is not pretty!  Really good pair of issues and that cliffhanger! Holy cow!

The Power Fantasy Vol 3 (Collects issues 12-16) - Great ending to a really good series.  The characters were each different and each interesting for their uniqueness.  One of Kellen Geiron's better ones.

Dark Spaces: Dungeon  (Collects issues 1-5) - this was not the book I should have read last, right before bed.  It's about a serial torturer and is horrific.  Snyder has great writing and you feel for the characters. So it's a good story but not for the feint of heart.

Haven't we already seen him in something else already? Maybe I am just thinking of the Emperor? Or maybe, knowing me, I have that wrong as well?

I still have to finish this, but glad it still pops. I liken it to having all the Marvel Omega Level Mutants in conflict with each other... in some way or another. It isn't exactly like that, but generally that is what comes to my mind when I read it. It's like Professor X going against Magneto going against Jean Grey going against...
