CYCLOPS #4 (of 5) — The story is starting to feel a bit dragged out, but at least the next issue finally wraps things up.

WADE WILSON: DEADPOOL #4 — A pretty solid chapter, capped off with a fun reveal about who's been sending the omens.

X‑MEN #29 — A slower issue that tells how Psylocke and Xorn survived. I'm ready for this arc to end so we can get back to the wild Bad Beasts storyline.

DAREDEVIL #2 — A decent second issue. I'm sticking around to see more of what Stephanie Phillips does with Daredevil.

So I heard that the Midnight Sons were going to be featured in the Moon Knight series, so I set aside my thoughts on Jed MacKay's writing (Which is fine, though I find it boring) as I really enjoy the... well... I just like the idea of a super group facing evil evil, not just crime evil, ya know? Ha, anyway... I read the current (Marvel Unlimited) issue, which was issue #4, just to dip in to see if I was going to continue and I thought it was good enough, and I liked the art well enough, to not only keep going, but also go back and read from this current volume's start... which is like jumping in at issue #46 of MacKay's story.

Daredevil - I've enjoyed this so far. Nothing blowing me away and I am a little concerned about the new "villain", but it's still early goings and I am liking it well enough

X-Men - I was somewhat happy with the first couple issues of this arc, but... I don't know... now it is just not hitting for me. I think I am done with the mutants for a little bit.

Moon Knight - So going from one MacKay title to another and expecting a grand tonal shift into the world of exciting storytelling probably isn't the best thinking, but I found enough in issue #4 to get me to go back and read the first issue (and eventually the first three issues) of this current volume of MK. I am more interested in what is coming down the line than what I got so far, but this isn't bad and has me... teetering on... or on the verge of... is that excitement...? We'll see.

Absolute GA - Hope this turns out to be something other than what I think is coming, but either way, this issue wasn't the strongest. Seems this title gets a little more rough with each passing issue. I still have plans to finish this mini, but I wouldn't be shocked if I decided to drop it after the next issue either. Once again, we'll see.

Dark Knight of Steel - Really enjoyed the hell out of the first volume of this and also enjoyed the hell out of the "All Winter" six issue black and white... ish mini as well, but this latest volume failed to grab me. The art is okay, I mean it's fine, but also kind of distracting to my eyes for some reason as well. I don't mind thin lined art, and this has that for sure, but something just isn't hitting the same. Going to give issue #2 a try, see if it grabs me but if it fails to do so, then I am out.

Gotham Central - a decent two issue mini-arc, wrapping up a couple items on the docket as we move to a new arc. Probably my least favorite issues, but I mean, come on, there was no way in hell they were going to maintain my level of joy for 25 issues in a row. Hell, I was shocked... I AM shocked this is the first time I felt slightly, every so slightly, let down by this title so that says a lot.
