I'll have to do mine soon, but wanted to jump in and remark to all the pundits who are picking the Steelers to finish last in the North this year... not saying it can't happen, and in fact I suppose you could say they are due, but... The Pittsburgh Steelers have never, ever finished last in the North Division.

Crazy to think it was that way, three divisions, as late as 2001. When the Central had 6 teams (back when Tennessee and Jacksonville where in the division as well)

I am a huge proponent of the king is the king until he is no longer the king, so most of the division winners are going to be the same as last year, even though I know that never happens

The only thing I have to discuss is:

You really think the entirely unproven Jets can go ahead of the Dolphins?

That's the only discussion point I feel I would talk on.

I mean, maybe Rodgers still has something in the tank, but he still has not played football with any of these people in 1.5 years. I mean, he can will some games to occur, but that Jets don't know how to win.

Just my 2 cents backatcha.

No, I got ya, but yeah, I think the Jets, barring another major snakebite, can actually take the division. They have pretty good players on offense, and got Reddick to help the run D on an already pretty good... or at least decent enough defense. I think a lot of the steam went out early for that team last year when Rodgers went down. I almost picked them to win the division, but again, I got that "you are the man until you're not" habit of picking last years division winners.


Miami looked like Pittsburgh late in the season, buckling under the weight of making it to the playoffs. That is if I remember right, all they had to do was win one of their final two games to get in and they Jaguar'd it

Indeed, on the 'phins!

I just want them to do so much more with what they have going on!
Then again, they lost 5 starters on defense over 4 weeks in the last month and a half of the season, and all wind was gone from their sails.
 
I hope they can get over it and move upwards!
I also think the Bills may struggle with keeping success this year. I really do.

Yeah, I think the Bills may just be in trouble as well. We will see though.

Man... is it two weeks yet?

I haven't even started looking at Football yet. Only just today sent my check in for my Last Man Standing league!  We did finally get a draft date for the Hero Realm football league and it's Sunday night!
