Strange Academy: Blood Hunt 3 - I feel like I missed something as I thought Dr Doom was in this issue (like he is on the cover). But it wraps up this story just fine.

X-Men: Heir of Apocalypse 3 - the candidates numbers continue to dwindle. Fun watching to see who will survive. By the end of this issue we're down to four!

X-Men 1 - I don't know what I think yet. McKay doesn't write the voices of the characters like I'm used to.  Seems like we've gone back to the old ways pre-krakoa too fast.

Absolute Power: Super Son 1 - Meh. This was ok but not great. Moving on...

Batman/Superman Worlds Finest 31 - Sold! 100% back on this book for this story! That cliffhanger alone would have sucked me in but everything about this story was awesome.

Dark Knights of Steel: Allwinter 3 - Excellent issue!  Both tales were really good. This is fast becoming my favorite comic this year.

Jenny Spark 2 - I'm not really sure where this is going but I like it.  The hints and nods to the Authority alone are enough to keep me coming back. But the mystery around Jenny's return and her attitude are the cherry's on top.  Another fascinating one from Mr. king!

The Legion of Super-Heroes (1980) 268 - I've never really been a fan do Steve Ditko's art and in my youth, this issue may have been why. Yuck.  Especially when you start out looking at a George Perez cover.  Another lame 70's villain didn't help either.  I'm hoping next issues return of the Fatal Five is better.

Book of Butcher 1 - interesting story weaved into what is basically a sourcebook for all the monsters in the Something is Killing the Children universe.  Creates more mystery and intrigue.

Mystic 4-6 - This is a fun series and has some great art. Mystic looks hot!  Ron Marz has a good hit on his hands.  Wish he was writing more these days.

Ice Cream Man Vol 7 (Collects issues 25-28) - what does a plane crash, a family tree, a cockroach, and a man's journey to see a monk all have in common? The four unique stories in this trade link all together to answer this.  Pretty good brain teasing issues that leave me wanting more. I give it a thumbs up.
