I've discovered a "new" comic publisher that has really grabbed my interest.  I started by reading J. Michael Straczynski's "The Madness" and followed it up with Garth Ennis' "The Ribbon Queen".  I really enjoyed both mini series so I've been investigating the publisher and there are a lot of rich, interesting series I need to check out.  The BEST part for me is that as a Comixology Unlimited member, almost ALL of these are free to read!!

Looks like the most popular books are a group of separate series that are all set in the same universe called "The Resistance".  I found a reading order and will post it below.

They have other "universes" with multiple titles as well.  There is the "Hotell" universe, the "Year Zero" universe, the "Devil's Highway" universe, and then some 27 stand alone series!

I'm planning on starting with the Resistance universe comics and work my way through others if I continue to enjoy what I'm reading.

I'm wondering if this is where Geoff Johns got his idea for his Ghost Machine company because the genre's seem similar.  Either way its fun having something besides the big two to read that is good.

The Year Zero Universe - Also only one series though listed as its own universe.  A zombie apocalypse book.

Year Zero Volume Zero (collects issues #1-5) - Listed first in reading order but this was the latest series released, a prequel I'm guessing.

The Devil's Highway Universe - same as the two above.  This one is a murder mystery series.

#6
I remember I tried Hotell (or HotELL) and I didn't get past issue #1, same for Devil's Highway... I think (it has been a long time)
Bad Mother and Redemption I tried or flipped through for Deodato, but I don't remember actually reading either
Majorie Finnigan I have always wanted to get back to, I think I was in the wrong head space for that at the time
and of course I have read a couple issues of JMS' Resistance

Looking though everything else, I am amazed that I wanted to try so many of their books at one point, and never did. Especially the horror, crime or period ones.

Good list man, Thanks

Honestly, when I read AWA, I thought it was a new wrestling comic.
