The suit is ugly AF but I am excited about Krypto and the JSA.
I liked it too. Krypto is going to be awesome.
If it's the Superman I want, and that the world deserves and needs, then the suit is something I'll look past!!

Two minutes of the film! Definitely avoid if you don't want spoilers but I watched it and I'm pretty psyched!
Saw it last night. Really liked it! It's a different kind of Superman movie that I think most people should like but the things the general public may think are stupid will give comic fans that knowing smile for jokes that are mainly for us.
I'd love to talk spoilers but I will wait until you guys get to go see it.

When it comes to Supes, I know that I am not the biggest fan of the character, however, I am a huge... HUGE freaking movie fan and this... well... I give it a 4 out of 10

Hell, it's currently hitting a 7.7 on IMDB, the site I usually agree more with, but I would not be at all surprised if that scores decrease, as more people get conned into seeing this dreck in the theaters!!! Can't believe this was a James Gunn production.
That said, if I was still 11 or 12, I think I would have enjoyed this a lot more.
Best part of the movie was the early Krypto parts, and the rest of the Krypto parts, including the... last part with Krypto ;)

No idea what that is about as I didn't get that in the movie, but maybe I don't naturally get triggered by that side of things? I am not sure. Maybe it's just assholes wanting to be seen?
In hindsight, I was, admittedly, a little more harsh on this movie than I probably should have been, but going in hearing/seeing all the massive praise just didn't sit well with me. It does... to me... have casting and structural problems, but I suppose it isn't as shit as I had first expressed. Maybe I was just an asshole wanting to be seen?

Hahaha, no, the issues are there, but I can understand why people like it. I still don't think it is a great movie by any means, but now that the anger has subsided, I can now give it a 6. I thought it was entertaining, I just set my expectations too high. Or, I had them set too high I should say.
