DAREDEVIL #1 - Ok first issue. A lot of setup and the villain is interesting. I'm in for a second issue.

LOGAN: BLACK, WHITE & BLOOD #4 (OF 4) - three more short stories. All fine enough but nothing epic.

WONDER MAN #1 (OF 5) - I don't know. This first issue was a little painful.

Gay Titan

Still got a few leftovers from last week, but excited about this week's haul.

Absolute Batman #22
Absolute Catwoman #2
Fury of Firestorm #4

Jimmy T

I read

Venom 256 - dang it, I'm liking a symbiote story arc with Spider-Man and ex'es all over the place LOL

Daredevil 1 - hey cool, I'm getting to read ol'Hornhead again! For a bit at least!

Captain Marvel Dark Past - Paul Jenkins doing some writing with Carol Danvers dark history stuff. Werneck a good looking artist. Trying it!

Wonder man? Maybe Not sure if I will try it.

Firestorm 3 - probably a lot of revisionist history, but I'm down for it!

Emperor Aquaman - I read it, I'm fine with it

Superman Father of Tomorrow -an idea not yet explored!

GLC 17 - cool issue! Way to go, Guy! I'm really digging this series! Every arc is big, but just gets done and goes to the next one!

Action 1099 - still digging a Superboy past. Really liked this one seeing a Clark relax without powers to just ...feel...

Barbara Breakout 2 - a bit more about the players around her, but I'm gonna keep reading

GL 35 - forget to get it from last week. I love me some Kyle

X-MEN #28 - I liked this issue. This arc is moving along nicely.  Loved the cliffhanger and ready for the next issue.

ABSOLUTE CATWOMAN #1 (OF 6) - Fine first issue and I liked the villain reveal.

Daredevil - This was fine. First issues being what they have to be, they did a decent enough job

X-Men - This was also fine but I think more for the art than anything, as I still find Mackay boring. And while I do heavily praise the art from the last couple issues, mostly, the ship designs are stupid as hell... but damn that last page splash was sweet and makes up for everything  ;D

Absolute Cat - Again, another issue that was in the "fine" category. I did love the "antagonists" costumes, great nod to a bygone era, but I think the moto-cat was a bit much for me, for some reason. I also wasn't a fan of Bat's super-dump-mobile, so maybe I am just a transportation hater. Hahaha. But hey, I can get the moto-cat from a fanboy perspective... "Oh Cooooool" and all, I can understand that, but at the same time I didn't care for it. Still, not a bad start for yet another Absolute title.

Firestorm - To me, the ONLY truly interesting comic I read this week, so far  ;) Even though I am torn once more on what I saw. I find I also have a conundrum here as I both hated and liked the same aspect of this issue.
Spoiler
I hate the change regarded Professor Stein as it changes the history too much >:( while I am also loving the change in Professor Stein as I find it interesting.  8)

Big Two needs stories that are interesting right now, so I am more on the positive with this issue

Took a break from packing to do some reading.

Absolute Batman #22
Absolute Catwoman #2
Absolute Wonder Woman #22
Batman/Superman: World's Finest #52
Supergirl #15
Fury of Firestorm #4

Absolute Batman #22... now that is one f'ed up origin story! Wow! Gonna re-read it to make sure I get it.

Absolute Catwoman #2... Not as good as the first issue but moves the story and characters to the next stop.

Absolute Wonder Woman #22..Still not a fan of the art, but the story was fascinating. I still love how the Absolute Universe can have its own twist on who we think we know. Another odd origin/back story.

Batman/Superman: World's Finest #52.. Love seeing the 70's characters but this arc doesn't really need a third issue.

Supergirl #15... Not familiar with most of the cast. It sucked start to finish. I could feel my brain cells dying.

Fury of Firestorm #4... I agree with Perry. The characterization of one of the main cast is interesting and not what I expected. Yes, they've tweaked the history of multiple unrelated heroes and made me question "when" this was supposed to have happened.

Jimmy T

Now I'm interested in the next Firestorm for sure! Not that I wasn't before!!

Legion of Super-Heroes #40 - I'm not a fan of Starfinger. Doesn't help that his name is dumb.  This issue was not very good.

FURY OF FIRESTORM #3 (OF 8 ) - I don't know if I like this revision of Firestorms origin. I like this story generally but I'm having doubts.  Let's see where next issue takes us.

Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees: Rite of Spring #4-6 - Wow. Samantha Strong is terrifying.  Good story with a disturbing end.

THE NICE HOUSE BY THE SEA #10 (OF 12) - Excellent issue!  Max gets evil and the secret of the dog is discovered. Gonna be one heck of and ending.

Exquisite Corpses #9-10 - Man this series is so amazing.  We're down to the final four assassins.  Can the townspeople outlive them?

Little Bird #3-4 - I really hate this villains guts. He is pure evil.  This story got really good in these two issues and the art is just so perfect for it.  My heart wrenched for our heroes many times. Looking forward to the finale.

The Path #3-4 – Another strong pair of issues. I love that this story doesn't drag itself out—it's tight and moves at a great pace. War is here.

Way of the Rat #1-2 – It was a bit of a disservice to read this right after The Path. It's a pretty decent story, but nowhere near as good as The Path, so my enjoyment took a small hit. That said, I'm growing to like the characters, and I think it'll land better as the story progresses.
