Infernal Hulk - Really digging this and looking forward to the upcoming Hulk War. Hope it is as good and entertaining as World War Hulk was back in the day  8)

Sentry - It took two and a half issues, but the melancholy over a sick/dying dog has finally reached the end... hopefully. Now I say that as a dog person, so not knocking the grief of writer Paul Jenkins. He has clearly lost a beloved dog recently, I do understand and hope this was therapeutic, but damn, I don't want to read three issues of sadness. Ya know? But the last page has me excited for what may be instore for this character next issue  :)

Ultimates -  Took a lot to bring down this version of Hulk but it was cool. Or coolish I guess. Ha. Almost done now... almost... :-\

Abso Supes - Pretty good issue and I am getting more and more used to this artist. Not sure if that is a good thing or not, ha, but I am starting to enjoy it. Plus... loving Brainiac  :)

Gotham Central - So I thought this was going to be a one-shot special and I was really looking forward to it, having recently finished the entire Gotham Central title, but noooo, this is just a reprint of GC issue one  :'(

Corpse Knight - Revelations and intrigue. Only one more issue of this to go and I am already hoping that they find a way to continue this mini after the final issue... next month  :'(

Terminal - The first issue of this had a similar feel to 80's X-Men and Strikeforce Morituri but this issue was pure 90's early Image. Looking back, that first issue was probably the same, I just didn't feel it as much as I did here. This title, while enjoyable (for now?) is loaded with early Image muck... but it's not hitting me in the same bad way I would expect. Sort of like how I enjoyed Wildcats when it first started (though I can't read that slop now)  ;D

Crowbound - Lemire and Nguyen pair up once again to bring us another futuristic tale. The pencils are loose as hell, as per usual with Nguyen, but like most of his projects, the water-coloring blends perfectly with the style. Looking forward to more  8)

Hammerfist - This went in a direction I was not expecting. I was already in love with this book from the first few pages and a part of me wishes it would have... remained on THAT track, but we get what I hope to be an even better, though very different tale. I trust Remender and this is a perfect vehicle for the great, the amazing Steve Epting  8)

Rook - Continuing the Arachnid arc (which will conclude next issue). This was fun and of course, pretty as all hell to look at  ;)

Escape - Another Remender BANGER!!! I am loving this damn series. Love of dogs? Check! Love WW2 stories? Check. Love compelling storytelling? Check. The only problem I had, from issue one even, is due to the art, which is fantastic, the antagonists (Bats) always looked like Dobermans to me, and when I finally start seeing them as 'bats' and not Doberman dogs, they bring in a damn Doberman at the start of this issue and get me all kind of confused. Hahaha, took me a couple panels, but I got there. And those last couple panels... wow :o

ROGUE #5 (OF 5) - kind of a flat ending to what was a decent series.

WOLVERINE: WEAPONS OF ARMAGEDDON #4 (of 4) - Apparently this is a prequel to the upcoming Avengers Armageddon event. While I did enjoy this quite a bit it did not get me interested in that avengers event at all.

PSYLOCKE: NINJA #5 (OF 5) - this was fun revisiting the time when Psylocke, Wolverine, and Jubilee traveled together. I give this mini a thumbs up.

X-MEN #30 - the end of the danger room arc. It was decent for an ending.  I do like how it seemed to have a complete wrap up and now we can move on to the next story.

Infinite Crisis - Just a reread to get ready for my (overdue) read through of 52. Jimenez aping Perez, purposefully or no... as he has often looked like the master many times before to me, is amazing to see again  8)

Marvel Dimensions - An okay alternate universe issue. Drawn and (unfortunately) written by Alex Ross, who has never been an overly engaging writer for me... and that remains the case here. Gorgeous, but crowded art as well.  :-\

The First - Okay, yeah, I admit it, I had to go over this more than once to get all this information. Some of which had been laid out prior... and I knew about most of it, but for some reason, yesterday, was NOT a good day for me to read this labyrinthine tale. Maybe it was just a bad day. Haha  :'(

Kaya - An all ages comic, something I honestly rarely read (just not my thing normally), but I've heard about this for so long and I wanted a little... lighter fare after struggling with The First issues  ;D This was really fun and I will be continuing this tale. No doubt.  :)

Making a change in my list.  Going to grab the latest two Battle Beast issues instead of Assorted Crisis Events.  Volume 2 of Assorted Crisis Events comes out Sept 15 so I'm going to wait and see if that shows up on Hoopla.

Legion of Super-Heroes #46, 47, & 48 - The Legion is good again, despite the villain Starfinger (I hate that name).  We have multiple story lines going on in this arc - including an internal conspiracy! I'm digging it.

ABSOLUTE SUPERMAN #21 - Pretty good end to the Shazam arc. I liked it.

ABSOLUTE SUPERMAN #22 - a good one shot issue. The guest artist added quite a bit of creepiness to absolute Metallo, and of course, absolute Brainiac.
