Ghost Machine 1  --probably should have read it first, but now it makes me all caught up!! And wow, about 5 titles I didn't know

Blue Beetle 11 - cancelled now, given an issue of send off! I've loved this character so much in the past; what did Giffen do that others haven't been able to?
Batman 151 - an...eh tie in, to be honest
Shazam 14 - I've been enjoying this book, even if Waid isn't here! Teen drama, magic stuff, Shazam mythos, cool to me!
Legion of Superheroes 258-260 - Gerry Conway does not write this book well. AT ALL. However, I got little happy butterflies for when Superboy was written out and away! I liked the moment alot!

Defenders - Ha, this was a crazy damn arc, with lots of cool stuff. Especially if you enjoy the original Guardians (which I do!), if you enjoy Steve Gerber's writing (which I do!), if you enjoy Sal Buscema's art (which I do) and you also enjoy the Badoon (which, yep, I do!). Hell, even Vince Colletta had to have enjoyed this, I'm guessing, as he didn't ruin the shit out of these issues as he normally does. Thanks Vince! The different Badoon was cool, and overall this had a very 60's Star Trek feel to it. Yeah. I enjoyed this, even though the cover of #27 is a lie (As hulk and Valkyrie were not both dealing with the female Badoons... hell, they were not on the same planet together, even though that is what the cover shows us. LIARS!!  Typical 70's cover lies )

I think Justice Society #11 was the last issue. It wrapped up things up and was really heavy with L of SH stuff. I don't see #12 in the October solicitations.
